Guilty pleasures: buying dresses I don’t need

Bizarre Like: Spotify has a playlist called daylist. It curates a playlist during different parts of the day based on what you usually listen to. It comes up with the oddest names that make my day. My favorite has been “hot girl walk slay mama tuesday afternoon” Hilarious title but scarily accurate song choices.

Life Saver: Emergen-C (Pink Lemonade) I am pretty sure I have a vitamin or iron deficiency. I keep pushing off getting tested but, I was complaining about my fatigue and low energy levels to a friend. She gave me Emergen-C which literally made me feel so alive.

Album Review You Didn’t Ask For: Jackman by Jack Harlow

I can’t really compare this album to any others of his because this was my first listen to him. Other than his radio hits this was the first music I had fully listened to from him. I loved the lyricism and the poetry within the album. It was very raw, real, and just vulnerable. I saw a tweet that said you could feel his frustration and his need to prove himself, and he did. I agree. It was a really good album, very authentic, and more of my vibe of music in comparison to like “First Class.” My favorite tracks were: Ambitious, Denver, and No Enhancers.

I’m feeling a lot of anxiousness and fear for the college season. Stress about how I am going to afford everything, especially all the “dorm essentials.” I spent the last month psyching myself out. I am going to try to use this month to get my thoughts back in a row and not be so anxious about life, and the path ahead.
